The perspective is a bit off, I like the lineart and sketchyness, although it seems a bit too dark in some areas. Nice stylisation and expression tho

I love how this looks scribbly and smooth at the same time, how'd ya do that?

not sure, i was trying a new thing were i made my brush really small and scribble to fill the areas instead of making my brush bigger, i think it helped giving it more texture, plus the brush i used mixes colors like any gouache brush so maybe thats why its also smooth, so maybe that?
